Pioneer Street

Pioneer Street Condos is a self-managed community of twelve homes in historic Millcreek, Utah, just east of Salt Lake City.

The property is a late mid-century modern build-out: five low-slung duplexes, each pair of homes offset from its neighbor, set around a shared green at the center of the block, with two stand-alone homes to the south. Every home is about 1,200 square feet with its own parking and a private yard.

How we run things. There is no management company. A volunteer board of owners looks after the landscaping, sprinklers, snow removal, siding and roofs, insurance and the budget, and reports to all owners at the annual meeting each fall at the Millcreek Library.

Good to know

• Monthly dues are due by the 8th of the month.
• Dogs must be leashed on the property. Please clean up after your pets.
• Water is our biggest expense in summer. Please help conserve.
• If you see something, say something: submit a request through the portal so problems get fixed quickly.
